Prices are F.O.B. Brea, California and are subject to change without notice.
Large Quantity Discounts
Discounts are available to large volume users. Please call or email us your quote request including the item number and quantity desired. We will customize a quote for you.
Shipping and Handling Charge
We ship using a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, and common carriers for larger shipments. Shipping and Handling Charges are added to your order. Shipping calculations are an estimate only and may be adjusted prior to shipping. We will notify you of any changes.
We also welcome Will-Call orders. Please call us at 714/672-6965 to place your Will-Call order. We will contact you when your order has been pulled and is ready for pick up. Following your confirmation contact, you may pick up your order anytime between 8am – 4pm PST. Due to limited space and the volume of will-call orders we receive, your order must be picked up within 3 business days of us contacting you. On the fourth day, the will-call order will be restocked, incurring a 15% restocking fee. This fee pays for pulling, reserving, and restocking your order. If you are unable to pick up your order, we would be more than willing to ship it to you. If you have any questions or scheduling conflicts please call us at 714/672-6965.
We take fraud very seriously. Fraudulent orders hurt both cardholders and Auberst, and impair Auberst’s ability to provide quality service and competitive pricing for customers. In an effort to reduce the amount of fraudulent orders processed, Auberst takes certain steps to limit the amount of fraudulent orders processed. These steps include, but are not limited to, recording the IP address for every computer that places an order, and manually checking all orders before shipment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Online ordering on our site is secure. Orders can also be paid by cashier’s check or money order. To pay by cashier’s check or money order, please call in your order. Your order will be shipped after the check or money order is received and has cleared. We do not ship COD or accept personal checks.
We do offer credit terms for customers who qualify. Please contact us for a credit application. We will contact your references. This process takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on how quickly your references respond. A request doesn’t guarantee approval. Upon approval we will adjust your account for credit terms. Once activated will you be able to purchase on credit terms online, by phone, fax or email. About Delivery of Your Order
Orders placed on our site usually ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, regardless of the shipment method chosen. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 48 hours you will receive a notice indicating so. A street address is required for all UPS Shipments. Note that if you order several items and only one item is on backorder, a partial shipment will often be sent as a courtesy. The backordered item will be forwarded to you automatically once it is received into stock.
Warranty and Safety Information
All items sold on our web pages accurately reflect their current standards and specifications. However, each item described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, therefore, unless otherwise stated in writing, seller makes no warranty that the goods described herein are fit for any particular purpose. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly DISclaimed. You should always test your product in the container you’ve selected prior to use.
All returns are subject to approval.
We accept material returns and issue exchange or merchandise credit only with an authorized return number (RMA). We only accept return of unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of original shipment. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returned items. You will be informed of any restocking fees when a Return Material Authorization number is issued. There are no refunds for shipping or handling. Please order carefully.
Please contact us if any of your order is damaged or missing. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Shipments are insured by UPS so please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage to the UPS driver.
